In the village of Ejuretia, Eunice helps direct the apprenticeship and student sponsorship programs of Rising Village. She also travels to Ankaase and Nantan to work with students and apprentices in those villages - giving encouragement, discussing the challenges they face, and building relationships with them as they continue their training and education. She wants students - especially the girls - to realize their need for education. Since she is a teacher, she understands how difficult it can be when girls are sent the message that their education does not matter. She wants them to know that an education can change their lives and put them on a path that gives them choices, not dead-ends.
We are privileged that our families have the opportunity to build relationships with staff who will walk beside them.
