Jennifer Guel started her current position as the US Director of Rising Village Foundation in January. As the US Director she serves children and single mothers in Ghana, Africa. She will focus on connecting people in the U.S. with our student sponsorship program, and the development and expansion of that program in Ghana. Prior to her work with Rising Village, she worked for Fellowship Lutheran Church as the Student Minister for over eight years. As the Student Minister she equipped and empowered students in 7th - 12th grade and college to be servant leaders. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Church Administration and Leadership from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, OK. She is currently a graduate student at Eastern University in Philadelphia in the Masters of Arts in Urban Studies program. She will graduate in May of 2016 with a concentration in youth development.
