Our ROle
As an affiliate of World Relief, Rising Village works through the US State Department and Office of Refugee Resettlement, and the State of Oklahoma, to resettle refugees from all over the world. Refugees make their home in Oklahoma after a legal, robust vetting process.
The Refugee path
The U.S. Refugee Admissions Program provides a safe pathway for individuals and families who have been forced to flee their home countries because of war, violence, or persecution. Refugees are among the most vulnerable people in the world. We help our newest neighbors take their first steps toward rebuilding their lives by securing housing, connecting them to essential resources, fostering meaningful relationships, and equipping them to become full participants and contributors in our community.
